My Review

I have been using Jack Black Double Duty Face Moisturizer for about a month now and I am pleasantly surprised with the results.

The first time I tried the moisturizer I was taken aback at how long it lasts. I applied it on my face as an aftershave lotion and its moisturizing effects seemed to last for many hours after I applied it to my face. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that a little bit goes a long way. You don’t need to go overboard and squirt a huge glob onto your finger like I did the first time. Otherwise, it will take a long time before the lotion will actually soak into your skin.

One other thing I liked about the lotion was that it didn’t smell much at all. There is a faint smell however its barely noticeable and goes away minutes after application. Typically lotions and moisturizers that are super smelly have unnecessary additives that can dry out your skin quicker.

Jack Black Double Duty Face Moisturizer is called “double-duty” because it contains a moisturizer and SPF 20 sunscreen as well. If you spend any time outdoors as I do, the sunscreen component is an awesome feature. I spend time hiking and skiing on the weekends so its good to have a moisturizer that withstands the elements. Knowing that I can moisturize my face to counter dry air and shield it from the sun puts my mind at ease.

In Conclusion

It’s also important to mention that the ingredients are top quality. I know there are cheaper moisturizers on the market. However, personally, I much rather would spend a little more for a product that works two times more effectively. I also have not found another moisturizer as good as this one that contains sunscreen.

To conclude this Jack Black Double Duty Face Moisturizer review, I can’t say that I have any major complaints with the product. It’s probably going to be my go-to moisturizer from here on out.
